hey. since a lot of people made abono, the ff people need to contribute a bit more for the food fest:

So here’s an update on our food fest ~~~
1. First of all, you guys have to pay me P150 each tomorrow for our food. We need this tomorrow so that on Wednesday Monchai, Jade, and company can buy all our food.
2. Monchai and Jade will buy the food, Joey will bring the grill, and K will layout all our researches.
3. Joey is charging us for the meat — P50 per piece. This is included already in the P150 per person we’re asking from you.
4. Here are the materials we need, and the people who volunteered to bring them. There are still some materials which no one has offered to bring, so whoever can do so, advise me asap.
– white table cloth (big)
– colored square cloth
– chopsticks and korean spoons for serving the food
– serving dishes >> Me
– disposable containers for taste tests >> Me
– chopstick holder >> Me*
– extra table for the grill
– cooler >> K*
– ice(lots of it, for the cooler and for the drink)
– pitcher
– grill >> Joey
– costumes
* means that the person’s not yet sure if he/she can bring. I would appreciate that you guys tell me tomorrow if you can bring it for sure.
5. Researches are due in my mail by tomorrow. I would also appreciate it if you can send me part of your research already today, so that K can start layout-ing.
6. I’ll be assigning your roles/stuff to do during the food fest itself soon, so yeah.

So on Monday, we’re like, required to go even though we don’t have anything to do. Lalalalala~ we will take that time to like, have a bonding session as closure, I guess, since there’ll be some people who won’t be able to go on the 21st and all

Actually Jade Sir Martin said we aren’t required to go tomorrow, on Tuesday lang. Also, uniform daw on all days except the fair.

Hey Soc Sci. Let’s make this food fest awesome :-bd
So we have quite a lot to do, since this is already on Thursday. Here are the roles I am assigning you. Some of you already know what to do, though :)
Diego, Michael — research on the food and how it relates to Korea…we’ll be having like short readings and info about the food in our booth. Please coordinate with Kitty regarding layout and such.
Kitty — you’ll be in charge of the presentation, which includes: costume, setup, food presentation, decoration, and similar stuff. Basically you’ll handle our booth’s appearance. Please coordinate with Diego and Michael for the research materials. Also, you’re head of the presentation group, so work with K, Kryzsa, and Gianne. They’ll help you out.
K, Kryzsa,Macqui — you guys’ll be in the presentation group. Help Kitty out. So for your job description, see what Kitty has to do.
Monchai, Jade — you’ll be in charge of everything related to food. From the utensils and the bowls to the food itself. Coordinate with Kitty whenever needed.
Joey — you’ll be in charge of the barbecue. You’ll also be the one to cook it.
So now that you know what your roles are, here are some things and reminders:
Joey — bring the grill, your cooking stuff, and the meat for the barbecue on thursday. i think it would also be best if you bring an extension cord.
Monchai, Jade — I need a final list of the food we’re gonna have. Please include the following in your list:
1. the name of the food
2. if you’re gonna cook/buy it
a. if you’re gonna buy it: where are you gonna buy it?
b. if you’re gonna cook it: what ingredients you’re gonna need, where and when you’re gonna buy the ingredients, who’s gonna cook it, etc.
Please give this to me asap. Give it to me Monday at the most. I have a suggestion kasi, but I need to know your initial plans first.
Diego, Michael — as soon as I get the list from Monchai and Jade, research on the food. This is due on Tuesday
K, Kryzsa, Macqui, Kitty — The design’s all up to you, but I’m sure you’ll be needing a lot of materials. So if you need help in materials, please tell me. Please give me a list of the materials you’ll be needing by monday, so that I can see how to get these things.
Also, meeting on Monday. We don’t have much to do, so let’s meet then.
