hey. since a lot of people made abono, the ff people need to contribute a bit more for the food fest:

So here’s an update on our food fest ~~~
1. First of all, you guys have to pay me P150 each tomorrow for our food. We need this tomorrow so that on Wednesday Monchai, Jade, and company can buy all our food.
2. Monchai and Jade will buy the food, Joey will bring the grill, and K will layout all our researches.
3. Joey is charging us for the meat — P50 per piece. This is included already in the P150 per person we’re asking from you.
4. Here are the materials we need, and the people who volunteered to bring them. There are still some materials which no one has offered to bring, so whoever can do so, advise me asap.
- white table cloth (big)
- colored square cloth
- chopsticks and korean spoons for serving the food
- serving dishes >> Me
- disposable containers for taste tests >> Me
- chopstick holder >> Me*
- extra table for the grill
- cooler >> K*
- ice(lots of it, for the cooler and for the drink)
- pitcher
- grill >> Joey
- costumes
* means that the person’s not yet sure if he/she can bring. I would appreciate that you guys tell me tomorrow if you can bring it for sure.
5. Researches are due in my mail by tomorrow. I would also appreciate it if you can send me part of your research already today, so that K can start layout-ing.
6. I’ll be assigning your roles/stuff to do during the food fest itself soon, so yeah.
